1,00KG of our extra large buffalo chicken wings. These come jointed and with the wing tips removed. Don't be fooled by the name, these wings have nothing to do with buffalo, they're just much bigger than a standard chicken wing.
How to Cook Buffalo Chicken Wings
Place on a baking tray, season with salt and pepper, or your favourite sauce and oven roast at 200°C/Fan 180°C/Gas 6 in the centre of a preheated oven. Cook for 25 - 30 minutes. Ensure that the centre of the deepest part of the meat is piping hot, and the juices run clear. If the juices are pink continue cooking until they run clear. Remove from oven and rest for 5 minutes before serving.
Store at 4°C. Once opened keep refrigerated and use within 24 hours. This product is delivered fresh so is suitable for home freezing. Freeze in your desired portions on day of delivery and defrost thoroughly in a refrigerator before use. Once defrosted do not refreeze.
