How to Cook Boneless Chicken Thighs
Season with salt and pepper, or your favourite sauce, cover with foil and oven roast at 180°C/Fan 170°C/Gas mark 4 in the centre of a preheated oven. Cook for 30 - 35 minutes. Remove foil approximately 10 minutes before end of the cooking time to ensure a crispy skin. Ensure that the centre of the deepest part of the meat is piping hot, and the juices run clear. If the juices are pink continue cooking until they run clear. Remove from oven and rest for 5 minutes before serving.
What to do with Boneless Chicken Thighs
Great coated and fried, and served on a bun as a gourmet chicken burger. Can be roasted, used in casserole, or marinaded in piri piri sauce and bbq'd for that well known taste of Portugal.
Store at 4°C. Once opened keep refrigerated and use within 24 hours. This product is delivered fresh so is suitable for home freezing. Freeze in your desired portions on day of delivery and defrost thoroughly in a refrigerator before use. Once defrosted do not refreeze.
