Product Description

The ultimate roasting joint, cut from the same British, or Irish, beef we use for our Beef Sirloin Steaks, making this joint incredibly tasty and tender. The name sirloin is said to have come after a particularly tasty loin of beef was 'knighted' by a monarch, although it may actually come from the French word 'surlonge'.

Choose from:

  • 1.00KG Joint (serves 4),
  • 1.50KG Joint (serves 4-6),
  • 2.00KG Joint (serves 8 - 10),
  • 3.00KG Joint (Serves 10 - 12), or
  • 4.00KG Joint (Serves 18-20).
