On the bone British beef rib (you get two rib bones) roasts are cut from the rib of the beast and left on the bone for that deliciously deep flavour. How to Cook Beef Rib Roast
Remove beef from packaging and rest at room temperature for 10 minutes before roasting. Heat a frying pan or griddle pan until very hot, brush the meat with a little oil, and sear the meat on all sides for 3 - 4 minutes in total. Leave uncovered in a roasting tin, season and roast in centre of preheated oven at 180°C/Fan 160°C/Gas 4.

Store at 4°C. Once opened keep refrigerated and use within 24 hours. This product is delivered fresh so is suitable for home freezing. Freeze in your desired portions on day of delivery and defrost thoroughly in a refrigerator before use. Once defrosted do not refreeze.
