    How to Cook Pigs Cheeks

    Remove all packaging. Season the meat with sea salt and pepper and oven cook at 150°C/Fan 130°C/Gas 2 in the centre of a preheated oven for approximately 3 hours. Allow meat to rest for 5 minutes. Check meat is piping hot throughout before serving.

    What to do with Pigs Cheeks

    Pigs cheeks themselves can be quite tough, and as such are best braised or slow cooked in order to break down the muscles into something tasty and tender.

    Storage

    Store at 4°C. Once opened keep refrigerated and use within 24 hours. This product is delivered fresh so is suitable for home freezing. Freeze in your desired portions on day of delivery and defrost thoroughly in a refrigerator before use. Once defrosted do not refreeze.
