Boneless lamb leg roasting joint, all bones expertly removed bu our True Bites butchers. Cut from the hindquarter of local British outdoor reared lambs. Very popular with our customers for their Sunday roasts, lamb leg gives a lean, easy cook and easy carve roasting joint. Choose from:
- 900g (Serves 3-4), or
- 1.80KG (serves 6-8) boneless lamb leg.
How to Cook Boneless Lamb Leg
Remove lamb from packaging and rest at room temperature for 15 - 20 minutes before cooking. Place in roasting tin, lightly season with salt and pepper, and your choice of herbs (thyme and/or oregano work well), and roast in centre of preheated oven at 190°C/Fan 170°C/Gas 5. Cook for 8 minutes per 100g for a well done joint, basting with roasting juices occasionally. Remove from oven, cover with foil and allow to rest for at least 10 minutes before serving.
Store at 4°C. Once opened keep refrigerated and use within 24 hours. This product is delivered fresh so is suitable for home freezing. Freeze in your desired portions on day of delivery and defrost thoroughly in a refrigerator before use. Once defrosted do not refreeze.
