Approximately 8 rashers of dry cured, air dried back bacon, cured by hand to our own recipe by our experienced True Bites butchers. Dry cured, and air dried for up to one week, so there's absolutely no added water, which means there's none of that white stuff when you cook it. Our hand cured bacon keeps our customers coming back again and again and makes a crackin' bacon butty!
How to Cook Dry Cured Back Bacon
Grill on medium heat for 5 - 10 minutes, turning occasionally. Shallow fry in a frying pan of hot oil. Cook high for 1 minute each side, then reduce the heat to medium and cook for a further 2-3 minutes turning occasionally Check food is piping hot throughout before serving.
Store at 4°C. Once opened keep refrigerated and use within 3 days. This product is delivered fresh so is suitable for home freezing. Freeze in your desired portions on day of delivery and defrost thoroughly in a refrigerator before use. Once defrosted do not refreeze.
